Overall this is a fantastic property in a great position. Keep in mind that Gold Coast holiday apartments typically vary in standard because each one is individually owned and whilst some owners renovate and maintain a high standard, others don't.
Excellent place to stay. Spacious room with all amenities. Liked the swimming pool.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is starting to show its age like carpets and some of the whiteware. The extractor fan over the cooking units needs attention as they blowback into the unit when there is wind.

The pools and spas were great as was the outdoor area. We also loved the cafe which had fantastically delicious food and coffee. Rudy's Real Food cafe was excellent for us as we are into very healthy food so being organic, this place ticked all the boxes and was so convenient. The Marrakesh apartments are well kept. Although the rooms are a little dated, they were very clean. The location is close enough to the beach and about equal walking distance to both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach (approximately 20 minutes). Disliked - Our apartment was listed as superior and we are not sure why. Although clean, the room was dated. The equipment in the kitchen was very basic. We like to cook and eat well even on holidays. We had views to the street and pool across the road. The apartment is not as close to walk to either Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise as we would have liked. We generally prefer to stay much closer to one or the other. We were glad we had our car. I'm not sure if all apartments are the same but our bed was quite basic and uncomfortable for us. Also, the sofa lounge was basic and for two people, wasn't a lounge you relax on in front of the TV. Overall, the apartments are lovely but we've had more comfortable stays and value for money closer to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.

We purchased breakfast at the cafe it was delicious and fantastic service. Loved the indoor pool Great for swimming out of the sun.

Clean organised spacious room. Good mattress good balcony good air conditioning and great facilities. Close to beach for walks and tram for transport. Between broadbeach and surfers. Great staff quiet and comfy.

We are pleased to see you found our pool, spas and outdoor areas great, also that you loved Rudy's Organic restaurant on site and that you noted our apartments are very clean. We will be sure to pass on these comments to our staff. Our apartments are sold as standard or superior. Our superior apartments have our most recently updated furnishings and some may also have bathroom / kitchen renovations. Our standard apartments have not been updated. The boutique styling of our Superior apartments is Moroccan in its tones and all are furnished the same. Our pictures listed in all our marketing depicts these apartment styles. Only our room configurations differ. We have noted your concerns and so have reviewed our listing to ensure that we have not misrepresented our apartments furnishings. We have also checked to ensure that our location is accurate. We are located midway between both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, allowing our guests easy access to either. We are approx 10 minute walk to either and only a 1 stop tram ride to Broadbeach or 2 stops tram ride into central Surfers Paradise. There are also bus services close by.
