Check in was so easy - we accidentally arrived too early but our easy check in fee was put towards a room upgrade, and the service rep notified us of a local event on that day. We did go and really appreciated her sharing this with us

The staff was incredibly helpful in light of the corona virus situation. After our 11hr drive back to Perth they were very friendly and offered us a late check out. We were also allowed to use the pool showers before our flight in the late evening. The beds were so comfortable and a real delight after weeks of sleeping in a campervan or hostels. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of choices.

We were greeted with a warm friendly smile and lovely receptionist. The room was beautiful and the bed really comfy. We were upgraded and offered free drinks and canapés - bonus. Perfect location for walking to the casino and Optus Stadium.

From the moment we arrived The Hyatt staff were exceptionally attentive without being in your face or overwhelming. The hotel was very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities on site, beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a gym. Close to lots of local restaurants and bars.
