Located in Mermaid Beach, Montego Sands Resort is near the beach. At Montego Sands Resort, spend the day on the nearby beach or relax by one of the apartment building's 2 outdoor swimming pools.
Each apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences like a washer/dryer and a sofa bed.

Overall this is a very good quality property in a great position, just metres from the beach. Keep in mind that Gold Coast holiday apartments typically vary in standard because each one is individually owned and whilst some owners renovate and maintain a high standard, others don't.
Good location, close to the beach. Poor lighting in the unit, was difficult to apply makeup at night. Noisy one day as they were renovating in another apartment.

Accommodation and locality excellent and was in close proximity to where my daughter was. Staff were very helpful with advice and any articles that were needed were quick to help in any way. Wifi a bit stronger kept falling out occasionally in bedroom, and a book explaining details of operation of television in main area.

The location was great, very short walk down to the beach and a short walk to Pacific Fair, Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach restaurants and public transport.. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. A very comfortable stay all in all. Cleanliness could have been better, especially in bathroom and around pool area. Superficially clean, all tiles really needing a good scrub. Had to request enough towels, hand towel, face clothes and sufficient toilet paper throughout stay. Unfortunately the fridge froze all of our food and drinks, so that may need a service.

A great fully equipped apartment just 4 doors to the beach. Complete with pool lovely amenities and cafes coffee shops and loads of shops just within walking distance. Great management and super clean. We will return.

PACKAGE PRICES: Prices show the total payable for each length of stay for the included number of people. All nights are to be taken consecutively. Bookings must be made with Australian Escapes Reservations to claim the promotional package rates. Extra person charges of $24 to $30 apply up to the maximum persons limit for each room type. The voucher deposit value comes off the discounted price of the holiday. So for example, let's say you have a $79 voucher and you want to stay 5 nights at the promoted resort.
