De Ville Apartments, Main Beach, Queensland
Overall this is a very good quality apartment hotel in a great position. Keep in mind that Gold Coast apartments typically vary in standard because each one is individually owned and whilst some owners renovate and maintain a high standard, others don't.
The views were perfect, you could see out to the Mariner bout also the ocean. So much going on to watch I could have sat there for hours. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment, it was huge, so much space and views from every room. Nice and clean and tidy. The pool area was perfect as well, very zen little creeks. We didn't use the barbecue area but we could see other families using it, very well set up. It's more like an outdoor kitchen.

The styling of the room and the layout was exceptional. Being able to see the marina and the beach was a bonus. The size of the ensuite in the master bedroom, large dining room, full size kitchen was great. TV and sound system was top shelf. Very comfortable and homely. There was a slight damp smell in the bathroom but nothing that didn't go away after a little while. I wish I was more prepared with more food and condiments to make better use of the kitchen.
