Overall this is a good quality apartment hotel offering open-plan apartments with a large private balcony overlooking the pool, park or gardens. It is in a fantastic location opposite and set amongst landscaped tropical gardens. Keep in mind that Sunshine Coast holiday apartments typically vary in standard because each one is individually owned and whilst some owners renovate and maintain a high standard, others don't.
Nice, comfortable rooms and really handy location with some good restaurants, takeaways nearby.

Ground floor, easy access to pool, grounds and street on same level, elevator to car park below. Provided well for mobility disability. Outdoor terrace table with apartment was good for visiting grandchildren and their parents to eat at keeping mess outside. Pleasant management. Short walk across road to beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday at Portobello. Fantastic location, nice apartment with all the facilities we needed. And we loved being so close to the beach, shops and restaurants and even the skatepark on the beach my boys loved to go to when it wasn't busy. Thanks for making our holiday a very special and memorable weekend away. It was the best way to celebrate my birthday. The pool was beautiful too and we had the Patrolled Beach just across the road, and my boys loved the waves and taking there boogie boards and riding the waves.

Large apartments. Large kitchens. Comfortable lounge. A little disappointed that the bar/restaurant was closed...but lots of courtesy buses available to go places. Staff were extremely nice when I did have a problem with a room.

The location was great with beach, shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Price was very reasonable. The pool and BBQ area is lovely. The unit was a little dated however everything was clean and in working order.
