The hotel is beautiful. The food at the restaurant was outstanding (both breakfast and dinner). The Club Lounge was entirely satisfactory for our needs. Most notable, however, was the Duxton staff who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, particularly in light of the current COVID-19 situation. Elevators were cleaned after each and every use (without exception) during our 2 night stay. This is an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff! Highly recommended.
